Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1. Wrongful Delivery

If the product received does not match the order confirmation.

2. Quality/Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a genuine defect.

3. Size Discrepancy

Customers must notify Customer Care within 4 days of delivery. We will either exchange the product or issue a Credit Note valid for 30 days.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

  • For wrongful delivery or quality defects, we will review the issue and provide a resolution within a specific timeframe.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying their orders (size, color, quantity) before purchasing.

No Refunds Provided for:

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.

  • Refusal to accept the package.

Refund Processing Time

For eligible refunds, the amount will be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.

Damaged Package

If the package arrives damaged:

  • Retain the original packaging.

  • Note the issue on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received.’

  • Keep all relevant documents until our insurance adjuster assesses the damage.

Customer Care

To initiate a return or exchange for wrongful delivery or report a defect, contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:

  • Order number

  • Transaction date

  • Delivery address

  • Image of the defective or wrongfully delivered item
