Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Wrongful Delivery:
If the received product does not match the order confirmation. -
Quality/Manufacturing Defect:
If the product has a genuine defect. -
Size Discrepancy:
Customers must inform Customer Care within 4 days of delivery. We’ll either exchange the product or issue a Credit Note valid for 30 days.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

For wrongful delivery or quality defects, we will review the issue and provide a resolution within a specific timeframe.

Customers are responsible for verifying their orders (size, color, quantity) before purchasing.

No refunds will be provided for:
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
- Refusal to accept the package.
- Purchases made during sales or discounts.
Damaged Package:
If the package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and note the issue on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received.’ Keep all relevant documents until our insurance adjuster assesses the damage.
Customer Care:
To initiate a return or exchange for wrongful delivery or report a genuine defect, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and an image of the defective or wrongfully delivered item.
