Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
1. Wrongful Delivery
If the product received does not match the order confirmation.
2. Quality/Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a genuine defect.
3. Size Discrepancy
Customers must notify Customer Care within 4 days of delivery. We will either exchange the product or issue a Credit Note valid for 30 days.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

For wrongful delivery or quality defects, we will review the issue and provide a resolution within a specific timeframe.

Customers are responsible for verifying their orders (size, color, quantity) before purchasing.
No Refunds Provided for:

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.

Refusal to accept the package.
Refund Processing Time
For eligible refunds, the amount will be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.
Damaged Package
If the package arrives damaged:

Retain the original packaging.

Note the issue on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received.’

Keep all relevant documents until our insurance adjuster assesses the damage.

To initiate a return or exchange for wrongful delivery or report a defect, contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:
